Leaping through the galaxy
My resistance against
The plane of existence
Like Twisting fortunes
For unfair portions
Which only leads to worse distortions
As i travel through the light year
Turning to the right gear
Gliding to a distant planet
Looking up the tallest hall
Staring up the cliff of granite
From the top an endless fall
Objection against
The thoughts of connection
Conceiving long before
Perceiving
Sundering and thundering long before the
Wondering
And leaping through the galaxy
Like wandering a maze
Jumping in the sun and floating on the rays.
Blank pages are great
As i stare at this extremely blank page
Through infinite realities and magic of a mage
As i spiral though the universe
Forever trying to tune a curse
As i jump though space and time
Trying to rap up this last little rhyme
Here i am bored as a bore
Like a smored s’more roasted deep until the core
Thats it for the hour
For greatness and power
On this crazy high tower
Upon the top lies a hexagoned flower.
A Mighty Fine Day
Ahh, this is a mighty fine day
As if it was sculpted out of clay
What?
Of course it’s not May it’s January
Up above me lies a sword hung
By a rather shiny cord
Toyotas suck I like my ford.
Go to Walmart, get addicted
Pretty soon you’ll be self-constricted
Not to mention self-inflicted.
Go to school, get your education
Become one with the U.S. nation
Time to have some butternut squash
And walk with more than a little panache.
The poem of all poems
A good poem contains rhymes wind chimes and a verb like climbs
Then go on to metaphors and forget those early morning chores
I’ll grimly attempt a simile and fail like a transmogrified quail
That used to be a snail and then i’ll recommend that you at least pretend
To make a wonderfully splendiferous end.
your poems are super great,
look a rhyme that ends with ‘rate’.
Leaping Through The Galaxy rocks!
I Love your poetry! How did I ever live without knowing the work of the boy of Ultimate Awesomeness? I think there are few poets living today that would attempt to use “transmogrified quail”. Truly astounding!
